集团旗下全资子公司青海天露乳业生物科技有限公司，从事奶牛养殖与乳品加工产业。天露公司前身为1954年成立的青海省农垦企业—西宁市奶牛场，是农业产业化国家重点青海省科技型企业、中国乳品行业六家最美绿色食品企业之一。
集团旗下全资子公司青海江河源农牧科技发展有限公司，从事油脂与饲料加工产业，是青海省更具规模的重点粮油饲料加工骨干企业、农业产业化国家重点国家扶贫青海省科技型企业、中国好粮油示范企业。
集团旗下控股子公司青海嘉仁实业有限公司，从事商业与住宅地产开发产业。公司开发的集商业、酒店、公寓写字楼为一体的“嘉仁兰亭”综合商业项目，成为西宁市标志性写字楼建筑；公司开发的“紫御蘭庭”住宅地产项目，建筑面积近40万平方米，是西宁市绿化率高、户型设计合理、配套齐全的大型高档住宅小区。
